2 stone weight loss in 12 months. Gained significant muscle and strength during the process, with a strong emphasis on squats and deadlifts. Helena can now squat 60kg, deadlift 90kg, bench press 40kg and feels so much better for it.

"I stone weight loss and improved muscular definition over 5 months. Combination of barbell training, KB's and tabata training was used. Large strength improvements seen in her squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Overhead Press. We also used HIIT raining with KB's to improve her conditioning as she began working for the police."
