1.5 stone weight loss over 10 months. Good increases in strength and muscle mass taking her deadlift from 45kg to 95kg. Emma is now a committed trainer after our time together.
"Ok here goes. I don't write reviews rite away and wait until I feel it's fair to share my opinions. Been with Gareth since may 2015, was a bit unclear what to expect but knew I wanted to tone up and get fitter. My job means I sit a lot unfortunately! Initially Gareth took my measurements and slowly started breaking me in to the exercise routines and sets including the weights. At first it didn't feel natural and I think I struggled with lots of the techniques. Gareth was patient and persevered with my development. He is very motivational and does give credit when it's due. Gareth has a lot of knowledge around nutrition, progress with all weights as well as cardio stuff. He mixes this up and brings new routines in and is able to access the hall for more cardio work. He is always open to questions and keeps his knowledge up to date. My friend has also started training with Gareth and she is loving the sessions too! I am gutted I can't train over Xmas!"
